Deza
artist | songwriter | producer

Pioneering “poetic pop,” Deza is an artist, songwriter, and producer injecting a precise mix of stacked vocals, smooth synths, and self-aware lyricism into the genre. Drawing comparisons to Jon Bellion, Imogen Heap, and The Japanese House, Deza weaves sound design, honest storytelling, and captivating vocal performances to deliver something truly distinctive to the pop realm. Deza has been praised for her lyrics that leave “no truth untold,” “measured vocal performances,” and “playful productions.” Over the past 4 years, Deza has been consistently making music and honing her craft, having released 14 singles out of the vault she’s established. In the process, Deza became the first songwriter signed to Emily Warren’s publishing company, Under Warrenty, alongside Prescription Songs. Now, following the 2021 release of her debut EP I Don’t Do Drugs, Deza has released her biggest project to date: City Sickness.
